Refund Policy


We try our best to provide you with top quality products and a smooth customer experience. However, if you change your mind, or you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.

Returns

If you would like to arrange a refund or a replacement, please contact us, either via chat (it can be accessed from the bottom right corner on all pages of USEUM Store) or via e-mail at support@useum.org with the order number and the reason you would like a refund, or a replacement. We will then arrange with you the refund or the replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replacement product to arrive may vary.

If the product you receive is faulty or damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you immediately.

For orders placed in the UK, EU and the US, we refund the full order amount including shipping costs. For all other orders we cannot refund shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@useum.org

As we strive to continuously improve our store and service to you, we greatly value your feedback and we answer to all comments within 2 working days.
